Our Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC): We have options of Annual Maintenance Contract that leverages peace of mind to the end users, because we undertake care of your investment in our products, we ensure regular service and calibration of the products and ensure that you simply enjoy using it.

AMC safeguards you from incurring unexpected expenditure in the event that your product suffers a breakdown. It assures you of complete peace of mind in such situations.

Our Qualified Engineers are well equipped to restore your product back to its normal functioning with the use of genuine spare parts. We have a Rapid Action Force of 40 highly Qualified and Trained Service Engineers placed all over the different locations across all areas of operations.

They are always available to help you with your PCs, printers. Fax machines, copiers, Multi Functional Devices or Network problems.

There are two types of Annual Maintenance Contract's - Comprehensive and Non-Comprehensive.

Free Online Support

Free online Service provides high quality remote assistance and onsite support for your hardware, helping you keep up and running within a short period of time.

Our Service Support will work remotely with your device to isolate, troubleshoot and resolve the problem. Our technician can even perform remote diagnosis using electronic support tools when available.

For issues that cannot be resolved remotely, a Qualified Technician will visit you following working day after your call has been logged or within 3 days after, depending on the service level agreement of the scheme you have opted .

We will return your covered hardware to operational condition, repairing or replacing components or entire units as necessary.
